1) thanked the President Andris Berzins, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rinkēvičs, Minister of Culture and Dace Melbārde Ministry of Foreign Affairs Special Ambassador Peter Elferts for participation in the opening of the WAFL Board meetings;
2) thanks WFFL organized cultural conference "Latvia Latvian outside" partners: Latvian National Library, J. Vitols Latvian Academy of Music, Concert Hall Vidzeme "Cesis", Riga Secondary School No. 6, Latvian National Archives, Riga Latvian population of denver Society, the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Latvian Republic Ministry of Culture and all participants;
4) calls upon the Latvian Saeima of the Republic and the establishment of a national sustainable government, population of denver which is currently giving priority Latvian national security, energy independence from Russia, population of denver and economic well-being;
